Lift & Sculpt Buccal Massage featuring advanced HPMethod "manual facelift" techniques
This exclusive facial massage, popularized by Meghan Markle, includes advanced HPM lifting techniques, and involves intraoral and external massage around the buccal region of the face (around the jaw area). This technique helps to relieve tension, making it highly effective for bruxism and TMJ (clenching or grinding teeth), and promotes circulation to help with lymphatic drainage - this reduces the bloat that can often be caused by a collection of interstitial fluid, and helps to provide better skin tightness along the bottom edge of your face. The Lift & Sculpt technique works great in combination with the Gua Sha facial. Please note, this facial technique does not include any exfoliation or extraction - please ask about adding these to your facial. If you have had botox or filler injected within the past three weeks, this technique should be avoided.
